IT health check & immediate priorities
Review the current environment, identify security and reliability gaps, fix what is urgent and explain the next priorities without consultant fog.
Gabriel Priori · Practical IT advice for growing businesses · Melbourne
No internal IT person? I can help you understand what you have, fix the immediate gaps and put a practical plan in place. I can provide scoped direct support and project delivery, or help you choose and oversee an MSP when broader managed support is the better fit.
Send a non-sensitive outline of the problem, high-level environment and timeframe. I’ll recommend the most useful next step.
Built for owner-led businesses without an internal IT team.

Where I help
Start with the immediate problem. Work can be a one-off health check, defined project, ongoing advisory, scoped direct support, or MSP selection and oversight. Scope, availability and responsibilities are agreed before work begins.
Review the current environment, identify security and reliability gaps, fix what is urgent and explain the next priorities without consultant fog.
Scoped help with Microsoft 365, email, devices, Wi-Fi, backups, security, onboarding and the systems a small team depends on every day.
Plan technology, budgets, lifecycle decisions and risk around where the business is going—not around whichever product a vendor wants to sell.
Use Priori directly for scoped work, or get help choosing and overseeing the right MSP or specialist for broader support. In MSP-led environments, the MSP owns day-to-day response while Priori can take an agreed review, escalation, documentation and handover role. Any relevant referral fee or incentive is disclosed before a recommendation.
How an engagement starts
Clear, practical delivery. Understand the real constraint, make the smallest sound move, then prove it worked.
Separate the visible symptom from the operational issue underneath it.
Compare Priori, MSP and specialist options against the business need, risk, budget and operational fit.
Implement carefully, test the real path and leave the result documented and operable.
What I bring to small businesses
These examples come from previous employment and contract roles. They show the depth I bring when a smaller team hits a complex security, infrastructure or delivery problem.
Through a prior role, supported security and operational reviews including network and firmware reviews, preparation for penetration testing, Microsoft 365 Secure Score reviews, Intune non-compliance investigations, topology documentation and security-uplift planning.
Provided IT support through a prior role to agencies serving consumer, luxury and automotive brand portfolios.
Contributed through a prior role to a 26,000-seat national deployment, ISO 27001-aligned work, infrastructure modernisation, Intune automation and PaperCut migration for an organisation helping people in need across Australia.
Delivered national and global network deployments for a multi-brand automotive group through a prior role.
Technical capability
The work spans strategy, architecture and hands-on implementation—from identity and endpoints through networks, security, automation and operational handover.
Turn business problems into clear requirements, practical options, business cases and success criteria.
Plan and improve Microsoft 365, Azure, identity, collaboration and endpoint management around secure ways of working.
Keep servers, identity, virtualisation, storage, backup and recovery reliable, supportable and ready for change.
Design and troubleshoot secure wired, wireless, remote-access and multi-site connectivity.
Improve access control, hardening, policy and recovery readiness using practical ISO 27001 and Essential Eight-aligned planning.
Use automation and applied AI for repeatable workflows, monitoring, reporting and knowledge work with clear approval and data boundaries.
Build roadmaps, budgets and business cases, compare providers, and oversee transition, documentation and handover.
Business size & sectors
I have worked with small owner-led teams, growing organisations and large national and multinational environments. That range helps me match the technology, process and support model to the business in front of me.
Direct, practical help with immediate IT needs, security and everyday decisions.
Security uplift, technology roadmaps, vendor transitions and MSP oversight as systems and responsibilities become more complex.
Prior-role experience with governance, change, security and technical complexity at national and multinational scale.

Gabriel Priori · Principal
I have spent more than two decades delivering IT across Melbourne’s managed-services and enterprise environments.
That experience spans multiple MSPs—from small owner-operated providers to larger national managed-service organisations—as well as enterprise contract environments.
My roles have covered support, field services, systems and infrastructure engineering, project delivery, senior escalation, technical account ownership, pre-sales scoping, service improvement, IT business analysis and strategic advisory.
My work has moved with the industry—from Windows Server, Active Directory and Exchange through virtualisation, hybrid cloud, Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, security and now AI-assisted operations.
That history matters: new technology is useful, but only when it survives contact with legacy systems, real budgets and the people expected to operate it.
Start with the business need
Email a short, non-sensitive outline of the problem, high-level environment and timeframe. I’ll recommend the most useful next step. If sensitive detail is later needed, I’ll agree an appropriate way to handle it first.
